we use as little packaging as we can. Our paints will be delivered with no added packaging wherever possible. Our orders are delivered by a local courier business, Wye Couriers Ltd, who specialise in fragile orders and are linked into a nationwide network via a high tech logistic centre based in Birmingham.
delivery will normally be within 4 working days, with in-stock items being dispatched for next day delivery wherever possible, although you should allow up to 7 working days. If there is a problem and we cannot dispatch your order within 7 days we will contact you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
