Making A Purchase vanessa cooper naturally aims to deliver goods of the highest quality, and every effort is made to ensure that the information contained on the web site is correct and up to date . From time to time we may not be able to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately. If this does occur we will give you the option to order an alternative product, or have the products sent to you as soon as they become available, or to cancel the order.
All prices quoted are in British pounds sterling (£) and exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) at 17.5%.
Orders are accepted at our discretion and are subject to your credit or account card being authorised for the transaction. If you wish to pay by cheque please call us to place your order. Cheques should be made payable to vanessa cooper naturally.
You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed. This will include your order number, our contact details, a full list of the products ordered and the relevant prices, including shipping. We make every effort to make sure that the prices are accurate, but occasionally changes beyond our control do occur. Shipping And Handling We deliver though out the UK. Please note that deliveries to the Scottish Highland & Islands, N. Ireland, Eire, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Alderney, Herm & Sark incur higher delivery prices. Pallet delivery to Scottish Highlands & Islands is not available as a next day delivery service. Delivery of thermafleece is dependant on postcode so please ring 01981 540 550 for details.
We aim to use as little packaging as possible - in fact our paints are treated as fragile items by our couriers and do not need extra packaging.
We use first or second class post for small items such as sample pots and pigments or courier services shipped by our local couriers Wye Couriers Ltd. |
| Delivery Schedule Delivery will normally be within 4 working days, with in-stock items being dispatched for next day delivery wherever possible, although you should allow up to 7 working days. If there is likely to be a delay we will contact you as soon as possible. Please order before 2pm for next day delivery. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed for shipping before Monday. |
